Goji: Magic berry

Hi friends, Happy New year and hope the coming days may bring health and wealth to all of us. In our Hindu culture every spiritual ritual ends with a prayer in which we pray for ourself, family, society and so on and finally for the whole mankind.The sanskrit prayer is like this - "sarve jana sukhino bhavantu", meaning of which is may all people of the world live happily. I hope good sense prevail on all of us and unitedly we strive to protect our beautiful world from environmental and cultural disasters which shall result in a sustainable economy.

If nature is the supreme power which is responsible for the origin of all activities in the Universe, then it has provided us every thing to lead a healthy life.Nature has provided us with enormous verities of herbs through which we can make our life healthier and beautiful. Goji berry which is naturally gown in the hilly regions of Himalaya and China is a gift of nature to us which is a very rich source of all types of vitamins, nutrients, minerals, amino acid. We can blend goji with our regular foods like salad,fruit juice, soup or in any form since it is sweet in taste and delicious. If we take it on regular basis its benefits on our health are multi fold. Some of the important health benefits of goji berry are it nourishes blood, acts as a kidney & liver tonic, improve vision even at older age, enhance libido, calm our nervous system, give better physical endurance and supports longevity. If goji is taken daily, it will boost our immune system. Due to all these aspects goji has acquired an important place in the Chinese traditional medicine system. As per the recent study on this magic herb, it can even cure particular varieties of cancer.

Due to our modern life style and hectic activities which generates enormous amount of stress in our system, we are prone to different types of diseases and some of these diseases cannot be cured permanently from any medicines and there are many wise ways is to prevent them from occurring and use of goji berry is one of them.
