Mirror of Soul

Hi friends, here is a health tip which was lying in my inbox since many days and I am publishing it as such for my blog visitors.

During a recent visit to an optician, one of my friends was told of an exercise for the eyes by a specialist doctor in the US that he termed as, "20-20-20". It is apt for all of us, who spend long hours at our desks, looking at the computer screen. I Thought I'd share it with you.

20-20-20 Formula

Step I:
After every 20 minutes of looking into the computer screen, turn your head and try to look at any object placed at least 20 feet away. This changes the focal length of your eyes, a must-do for the tired eyes.
Step II:

Try and blink your eyes for 20 times in succession, to moisten them.
Step III:

Time permitting of course, one should walk 20 paces after every 20 minutes of sitting in one particular posture. Helps blood circulation for the entire body. Circulate among your friends if you care for them and their eyes. They say that your eyes are mirror of your soul, so do take care of them, they are priceless................

I would like to express some appreciation to this writer for rescuing me from this
particular setting. Because of exploring throughout the search engines and getting things that were
not powerful, I figured my life was well over. Living devoid
of the approaches to the problems you have fixed by way
of this website is a serious case, as well as those
that could have negatively damaged my career if I hadn't encountered
your blog. Your own ability and kindness in maneuvering all areas was vital.

I'm not sure what I would have done if I hadn't encountered such a solution like this.
I'm able to at this moment look ahead to my future.
Thanks very much for your professional and results-oriented help.

I will not be reluctant to recommend the sites to
any person who needs to have counselling on this subject.
