Remembering iron lady of India……

Hi friends, Indira Priyadarshini Gandhi, considered as the iron lady of India was the most popular, controversial and powerful lady politician of 20^th century. The sad part of Indira Gandhi’s political career was her brutal assassination by her own security personnel on this day exactly 25 years back. She has seen many ups and downs during her long political career and her controversial political decisions like declaration of emergency has over shadowed her good aspects. She was a fighter in nature and because of this nature she could rule India for many years by side lining male heavy weights of her political party. I believe she was responsible for the growth of Technology in India and I take this opportunity to remember her for putting a strong foundation for modern India. Though I was never in agreement with her political views, I became her fan when she attacked Pakistan to liberate Bangladesh from its clutches. I salute Indira for giving fitting reply to our enemies as and when they provoked peace loving country like India.
