Prevention is better than cure: Part -4

Hi friends, as we all know regular intake of water containing enough content of dissolved oxygen will activate our internal organs. I still remember those days when my mother used to boil water and preserve it in an earthen pot and insist us only to drink boiled and cooled water from the pot every now and then. Though my mother was not educated woman, she was having general knowledge about the importance of drinking pure water to remain healthy. In those days in early sixties we have not heard of the so called water therapy but we were partially practicing them under the guidance of our mom. We were taught that by drinking boiled and cooled water we can remain healthy and avoid medicines. I think though it looks very simple, enough water consumption along with proper diet preferably vegetarian may be a solution for many health problems which we are facing today. Breathing pollution free air rich in oxygen and drinking pure water saturated with dissolved oxygen will help our metabolism and strengthen our immune system. I received the following health tips on water intake from my friend and we can prevent many diseases by practicing those tips. Though drinking water is beneficial for our body all the time, one can maximize its effectiveness by drinking at a proper time. Two glasses of water after waking up in the morning helps activate our internal organs. One full glass of water about 30 minutes before meals helps proper digestion. One glass of water before going for bath is good for lowering blood pressure. And last but not the least, a glass of water before going to bed will keep you away from killer diseases like stroke and heart attack. I think we cannot find a cheap and effective detoxifier than water and it is wise to utilize it to a maximum extent.

There are many simple ways through which we can avoid visits to hospitals and save our hard earned money for other useful purposes.
